Zinc Phosphate Coating is a coating that has a crystalized structure formed on metal surfaces. The chemical reaction is between the metal and phosphate liquid by using the dipping method in a specific temperature and concentration with the phosphoric acid in the zinc phosphate solution of the metal to be coated.
Manganese Phosphate Coating is based on the chemical reaction between the metal and manganese phosphate by using the dipping method in a specific temperature and concentration with the manganese including phosphate solution of the metal to be coated. It is dark gray. Its corrosion resistance is longer than other phosphate coatings.
In contrast to providing a quite short period of protection against corrosion alone, it ensures a perfect base to provide a better adhesion surface in under paint and protective main coatings. It is the most suitable coating type before wire drawing, powder coating and cataphoresis coating.
Thanks to its subsidized property, it provides the corrosion resistance to fasteners with the protective lubricant and lacquer application to be applied onto it and provides resistance against abrasion and wearing by reducing their coefficient of friction. It is preferred in automotive, electronic, white appliances, machine manufacturing, tube drawing, wire drawing, etc.
